Sure increased press, social shares and website visits all seem positive, but at Align we aren't impressed with scattered data points and anecdotal increased visibility success stories — we're interested in measurable results. Did the action deliver on our desired objectives? Can we measure its influence? What was its impact on bottom line? Other agencies may offer fancy slide decks and multi-page analytic reports with no mention of return on investment or actual cost/impact data. But we think that's cheating.
